The Leadership Identity Program is a self-guided experience for leaders who are navigating growth, visibility, or expanded responsibility, and sense that their leadership is evolving internally, even if the outside hasn’t fully caught up yet.The experience begins with the Leadership Identity Index™, a reflective assessment designed to help you see yourself more clearly as a leader, how you relate to authority, pressure, visibility, and your own internal expectations.From there, each module offers a short recorded session, guided reflection, and a one-page reflection PDF you can return to over time. The structure is intentionally simple so the work can go deep, allowing insight and integration to unfold at your own pace.This is not about adding more strategies.
